What will I get from a Life Coaching session?

The Life Coach will work with you in various areas of life such as Personal Relations, the Professional field, Life Balance, Overcoming, Leadership, and all the important things necessary to achieve balance in your life. Through these face-to-face or remote meetings, the Coach helps you discover what is important in order to improve your life quality and draw up action plans to achieve it, eliminating limiting thoughts.

How are the face-to-face sessions?

  • These are regular individual meetings (weekly, biweekly). in a personalized way, in which one works according to the described steps of a life coaching process.
  • You will receive learning material and surely you will be given “housework” that you will commit to perform as part of the process and as support for the work done in the session.
  • The duration of a session goes from an hour to an hour and a half approximately, although this is not always strict and they are scheduled in a consensual way for the best use of time.

How are the remote sessions?

The activities or geographical location of people is not an impediment to be able to conduct sessions. These are done remotely through telephone conversation (or other interactive voice media such as Whatsapp, Google Meet, Zoom, Skype, etc.). It doesn't matter where in the world you are! (Español / English)

We will work in personalized sessions through these means, tracking and sending material with practical exercises via email. These exercises help and complement the process of distance coaching. It is paid by credit card or money transfer (Paypal, Bank account)

How long are the sessions? During how much time?

A session can take from an hour to an hour and a half. Either in person ore remotely (online). A process can take 5 to 10 sessions or even more, depending on the topics that are being treated. We try to work on specific objectives and reach results and eventually reformulate new objectives to start another process. (Ex. "I want to prepare to go abroad" / "I want to improve my relationships" / "I am preparing for a sport / cultural competition etc" / "I want to have dominion and leadership over my life")
